Review and approve deliverables promptly.

3. Client Responsibilities

Final project deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
Varahi Digital Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

We are not liable for:

Losses arising from third-party platforms (e.g., social media bans, ad rejections).
Website downtime or data loss caused by external hosting providers.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations must be requested in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on work completed and non-refundable expenses incurred.

6. Limitation of Liability

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or other mutually agreed currencies.
